Hi Guides I have some things I wan to share wif u .. so here goes..
This year's Guides activities have been pretty irregular.. in addition to all the holidays.. bazaar.. sec. 3s have also been trying out how to plan and conduct one activity every week. I know u all may not see all of us (sec.4s) every time during activity, but we do know what's going on and hais... we know what some of u are doing, or rather not doing.
It is important that each and every one of u enjoy ur time during Guides activity, but on the other hand, we have to instill in u all a sense of urgency and discipline. If u all have any suggestions on how ur 4 years spent as a Guide in CCH can be improved, feel free to tell the teachers/us. If not, then we shud be seeing ppl who are committing themselves fully during activity and taking part actively (by that I mean being enthusiastic and encouraging others to do the same too). 反正笑也一天,哭也一天, 为何不要开开心心地度过呢?If u're happy, others will be influenced too (rmb a smile is contagious!) and then we'll be able to see a whole bunch of elated/borderlining-on-crazy Guides. That is part of the fun of being in Guides. We don't wanna see a bunch of sombre faces and Guides who tell us (not verbally, but with gestures) that they don't wanna be here, that it is such a hassle blahblah. Yah school is tiring and by the time u come for Guides on Friday, ur energy is probably all spent. So treat Guides as an outlet which u can release all that stress & look forward to Friday activities!! I believe our seniors also enjoyed & anticipated coming to Guides. Gosh did u get my message? It is targeted at specific groups of ppl who are finding it hard to hang on and are losing ur passion for Guides. For the majority of u who are doing fine, treat this like a ..I dunno.. a passing wind?
