Selected people for the walkathon & science fest

Hey guides!
Due to the overwhelming responses for those who expressed interest to be a volunteer for both the walkathon and science fest, I’m sorry but there are only 6 people who are selected for the science fest and 20 people selected for the walkathon.

Details for the Science Fest
Date: 21st July
Duties: Help out at registration counter and as ushers.

Guides will be excused from lessons at 11.20pm onwards.
Guides will be awarded CIP hours.

Details for the CCHMS Walkathon Yeoman Service
Date: 8 Aug (Mon)
Duties:
12 girls helping to give out refreshments to GOH, guests and teachers)
8 girls(helping flag off of Walkathon at the start and end point and as general helpers in school)

Sec 2 please hand in your orienteering consent form and the particulars form to your PL latest by mon.
should you have any reason not being able to pass your form to your PL, please sms them in advanced.
