Leadership skills & other qualities u want to see in yourselves and fellow batchmates:
-Responsibility

-More (self-)disciplined
-Able to connect with the rest of the Guides
-Able to influence the guides to change for the better
-Anticipate change and stay relevant (which i think is very applicable given the changing times and changing generations of guides. All must think of a new approach to make the juniors listen to you)
