Hello Guides!

This post is especially for sec3s turning up for the day camp tmr (17th of june), but all of u can read it!
If u find the following post redundant, keep it up! It means ur attire is good! haha anyw, just read it okay!

PS: PLEASE ALSO READ THE POST AFTER THIS FOR INFORMATION ON THE DAY CAMP ON 17th OF JUNE

Attire expected by Chung Cheng guides in Half/ full-u:

2. No untidy fringe is to cover the face/ forehead

3. If hair covers coat of arms on scarf, tie 2 pony tails.

4. No earrings, necklaces to be worn (unless it's for religious purposes).

5. Middle or “coat of arms” on scarf must coincide with the middle of your head

6. 2 click buttons must be sewn at the small area of triangle below the collar to hold the scarf in place.

7. Enrolment badge to be polished till it GLEAMS and positioned neatly on the scarf.

8. Proficiency badges to be sewn on the right shoulder. Other badges (eg. National Heritage, Healthy lifestyle, SANA) to be sewn on the left shoulder. The following diagram shows how the sew-on badges are supposed to be positioned.

9. Thinking day patch to be sewn on the right side of the front of the uniform, slightly below where the world badge is pinned. Patrol emblem to be sewn at the left side of the front of uniform, aligned with the thinking day patch. The Bronze, Silver, Gold badge to be pinned above the patrol emblem, but lower than the world badge.

10. Shirt to be properly tucked into the Skirt at all times. When in full-u, entire buckle & belt must be seen.

11. Nails are to be kept short & clean. No nail polish should be applied even during activities in the holidays.

12. Skirt to be knee length. More precise way of measuring whether the length of your skirt is correct is to kneel down and see if the end of the skirt just touches the ground.

13. Socks to be worn at four-finger length from the top of the shoe. Socks shorter than that will strictly not be accepted. Guides wearing ankle-length socks will be asked to wear longer socks that can be taken from the guides’ room.

That's all for now, seeyou all tmr! :D

Yours in Guiding,
Yi Jie ex-ex-CL [in a week's time :S ]
