We expect to see that each and every Guide possesses the qualities mentioned:
-sense of initiative
-sense of urgency
Time is limited and we want to carry out alot of things. So please cooperate with us.
-self-discipline
meaning punctuality and good attire. If all Guides are self-disciplined then we would not have to punish anyone at all.
-resilient attitude
Endure, not give up.
-care for others
by encouraging each other, helping each other when you are done but others are not, etc.
Last but not least, we expect to
Show it to us that you have these qualities, and prove to us that you can work together as 1 team after you all take over. Show us that you can follow all the instructions here, before we trust you to handle bigger things. Remember, we are grooming all of you to be leaders.
If you have any questions, can contact me, Mei Zhen at 98664503 or Yi Jie.

*How to polish your marching boots?
Start from the front and work your way backwards.
1) Take a dry cloth, dab some kiwi using one finger.
2) Rub it onto the marching boots. the boots shud become v blur and not shiny.
2) Hold another part of the cloth, dab some water to make the cloth damp.
3) rub in circles on the marching boots, no need to apply too much force. it should gradually become shinier!
